1884 was a year marked by two major events: the automobile was born and the artisan perfumer Louis Funel set up shop on the hillsides of Cannes.
A pioneer in air fresheners, Funel was the first to offer air scents formulated according to French perfume industry rules and practices.
With over a century of research and development to its name, Funel has established a close partnership with automobile manufacturers that, in the early 1990's, led to the creation of fresh and urbane fragrances for car air fresheners.
